When can I come see the plots?
You can see the plots every Wednesday and Saturday. We take you for free from 10am, just come to our main office in Thika, Maisha Heights, 3rd floor.
Are title transfer fees included in the price?
Yes.
Can we buy as a group/chama or a company?
Yes. For a group/chama, during documentation, you will select two trustees who can be your representatives and we will also require your registration certificate. For a company, sealed documentation for the company and directors will be required.
Do you accept payments in Installments?
Yes we do
Is the project freehold or leasehold?
All our projects are freehold.
